We want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Branded/Custom items: As these are made to order, refunds are not available unless the product is faulty.

Candles & diffusers: For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days.

Return shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Approved refunds will only be processed into the client’s bank account after we have received the bank confirmation letter verifying the return payment.
