Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Branded/Custom items: As these are made to order, refunds are not available unless the product is faulty.

  • Candles & diffusers: For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days.

  • Return shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will only be processed into the client’s bank account after we have received the bank confirmation letter verifying the return payment.

We currently deliver across South Africa.

  • Delivery times: Most orders ship within 7–10 working days after payment and artwork approval. Lead times may vary depending on product availability and branding requirements.

  • Courier services: All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.

  • Collections: Local pickup can be arranged on request.

  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise agreed for bulk/corporate orders.

Privacy Policy

Promo & Co respects your privacy. We only collect personal information necessary to process your order, deliver products, and communicate with you.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

  • Payment details are processed securely by our payment partners and never stored on our servers.

Terms of Service

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

  • Turnaround times are estimated and may vary depending on supplier availability or courier delays.

  • For branded/custom items, artwork must be approved before production.

  • Refunds: Any approved refunds will only be processed into the client’s bank account after we have received the bank confirmation letter verifying the return payment.

  • Promo & Co cannot be held liable for delays outside of our control (e.g., courier delays, supplier shortages).
